Czech Republic: A New Strategy of EU Producers: Marketing Foodstuffs as Cosmetics and/or Medical Devices
The regulation of both the contents and advertisement of food in the EuropeanUnion has become very strict which has lead some food producers to introduce “novel solutions”, such as circumventing EU food law by applying regimes aimed at cosmetics and/or medical devices.
