Denmark ∙ Introducing a New Danish Animal Welfare Label journal article Gundula Kjaer European Food and Feed Law Review, Volume 13 (2018), Issue 1, Page 53 - 54 In May 2017, the Danish Ministry of Environment and Food in contribution with relevant stakeholders introduced a new animal welfare label. The animal welfare label initially covered fresh pork. Further, since 1 December 2017, the logo can also be used on processed pork.
