As most people know, it is an uphill struggle if a food business operator wants to use health claims in Denmark. In June 2014 the official food authority in Denmark issued a new guideline on nutrition and health claims. The new guideline makes for interesting reading and opens up new possibilities in a country where the official control of health claims is very strict.
