Regulation (EU) 2021/382 Amending Food Hygiene - Liability Implications for Food Businesses

The entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2021/382 will bring about significant changes in food hygiene law. The requirements concern allergen management, food redistribution and food safety culture. The new requirements raise many questions for food businesses, especially with regard to liability aspects, which the following article deals with in more detail.
