EFFL 4/17 is out now!


Our late summer issue offers an in-depth analysis of the ECJ approach to advance mechanically separated meat production highlighting the policy interplay between technology and law. Moreover, it examines different types of labelling: from front-of-pack nutrition declarations to evocations of protected geographical indications; and traces the roots of the international legal protection of food safety.
