Recently, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration has implemented a new chain-inspection concept, which has obvious advantages in terms of better coordination and use of resources for the food business operators and not least for the public food inspection. As of 1 July 2017, the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration has raised its inspection fees.
