The last quarter of 2013 was rich in complaints regarding advertisements that contain nutrition or health claims or refer to the composition of the advertised foodstuff. Here is a short summary of the conclusions that can be drawn from the recent decisions of the Belgian auto- control body for advertising, the JEP (‘Jury d’Ethique Publicitaire’).
