The Nagoya–Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress (NKL Supplementary Protocol) is a progressive addition for this. This paper aims to seek the possibility to ratify and implement the Nagoya–Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress, and to explore whether the legal design could be adopted in several issues. According to the present progress in national regulations, Indonesia has already provided relevant provisions that could benefit the implementation of the Nagoya–Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress.
